REST APIs and webhooks
Endpoint design, authentication, permissions and exchange rules. Webhooks can notify other systems when an order or request changes, with source verification and repeated-delivery handling.
CODPLEX / Services
The same information should not need entering into every application. We design integrations between online stores, ERP, CRM and third-party services, with clear rules for data ownership, update direction and failed transfers.

01 / APIs & application integration
For teams transferring files manually, resolving inconsistencies or needing reliable data exchange across different applications.
Endpoint design, authentication, permissions and exchange rules. Webhooks can notify other systems when an order or request changes, with source verification and repeated-delivery handling.
Mapping products, customers, orders and stock across online stores, warehouses and ERP/CRM. Payments, shipping providers and marketplaces are assessed where APIs and the required access permissions are available.
CSV, Excel, XML or JSON imports and exports with field mapping, type checks and rejection reports. Data migration is planned with a trial sample, record-count reconciliation and a recovery approach.
We choose scheduled or event-driven updates according to system constraints. We define the source of truth, timeouts, duplicate prevention and conflict-resolution rules.
02 / APIs & application integration
Access, API limits and status tracking determine how a failed data exchange is detected and corrected.
We review API documentation, versions, rate limits, test environments and permitted data. Credentials are managed securely and kept out of public code.
Each workflow needs a traceable outcome. We plan appropriate logging, alerts and controlled retries while avoiding duplicate charges, duplicate orders and personal data exposure in logs.
03 / APIs & application integration
An API alone does not ensure reliable synchronisation. Each data direction needs an authoritative source, field mapping and explicit failure behaviour.
We examine available APIs, webhooks, authentication and request limits. Unique identifiers, field formats and ownership of customer, product or order updates are agreed.
A limited dataset tests creation, updates and replay of the same record. Timeouts, invalid data and temporary service outages are checked alongside duplicate prevention.
Delivery includes sync status, error records without sensitive payloads and replay instructions. Credentials are managed separately, and API-version changes require compatibility checks.
04 / APIs & application integration
In an illustrative scenario, an ERP updates store prices and stock and receives new orders. An order with an unknown product code waits for review instead of being imported incorrectly. Repeating the same message should not create another record.
For an illustrative connector we replay a webhook, interrupt the ERP response and check retry behaviour. The target is one business outcome and a visible pending state when delivery is unconfirmed.
It depends on system support, update frequency and data volume. A documented API often enables more immediate communication, while validated files can support periodic transfers.
Timeouts, logging, alerts and retry rules are agreed. Before repeating an operation, the workflow needs to check whether the other system has already accepted it.
After reviewing access, quality and field mapping. A trial migration and reconciliation of the results precede the final transition.
